One of our customers saying it better than we can:

"Bill Gaw's training is focused on the "how to." Unlike other seminars that tell you only what you need to do... Bill's training presents what you need to do and then he shows you how to do it."

Kaizen Management Seminar Outline

Whatever your industry, product, operation, job, professional practice, occupation, activity… it can be improved. That is, exactly the premise of Kaizen and its quick hitting implementa-tion.

Efficiently applied, those techniques lead all types of operations to reduce or eliminate all the waste of resources that plague them.   For so many years we have witnessed kaizen implementations where people thought there was no waste of resources or simply no way to improve the process. Especially those businesses that have been doing well in the past, they see no need for change… but there sure is. We all have to admit that the globalization has created powerful, formerly unknown sources of competition.

This seminar will focus on kaizen management in the factory but many of the techniques we cover will be applicable to all areas of the company… including engineering, finance, and customer service.

During the course of this seminar there will be a transfer of our knowledge for each of the subjects delineated on the below charts:

Our Guarantee Says It All

We are so sure that your Kaizen Management Seminar will satisfy your expectations, its performed entirely at our risk. If you're not pleased with the quality of your Kaizen Management Seminar, there will be no fee.

Believe this, we will never consider your purchase binding until you have monitored and evaluated the results of your Kaizen Management Seminar.. We are certain that you will be thrilled with the results. In fact, we are so convinced that the event will work for you that if you aren't completely satisfied for any reason at any time during your Kaizen Management Seminar, simply halt the event and you'll owe us nothing. You simply can't lose.

How do we get started?

Congratulations, if you have read this far, you are an excellent candidate for a Kaizen Management Seminar. A pre-event meeting is necessary to assure that there is mutual understanding and agreement about:

The structure and objective of your 5-day event

The level of involvement and commitment required

Team members' roles, expectations and selection

Performance recognition and acknowledgement.

Our preference is to meet with the CEO and Operations exe-cutives at the factory site where the proposed Kaizen Manage-ment Seminar would take place. A morning "get acquainted" meeting and plant tour is usually sufficient to cover the above subjects and establish mutual understanding of the event's objectives and expectations. If agreement is reached and the event is approved, a time schedule is established.

If the factory site is in Southern California, there is no charge for this meeting. If it is outside Southern California, we ask that the potential client to budget for travel expenses.

Get Acquainted Meeting

To schedule our get acquainted meeting, contact Bill Gaw at: 760-945-5596 or email him at: bg@bbasicsllc.com At no cost and no obligation of course.
