How do we get started?

Congratulations, if you have read this far, you are an excellent candidate 
for George's ISO 9000:2000 and/or Lean Six Sigma Implementation assistance. A pre-project meeting is suggested to assure that there is mutual understanding and agreement about:

  • The structure and objective of the project

  • The level of involvement and commitment required

  • Team members' roles, expectations and selection
